The magnetic over-the-pocket is a black vinyl pouch with a flap that inserts into your pocket. A set of bar magnets attract to each other through the pocket material and secure the MOTP. A clear pouch on the back of the MOTP is a great place to store paper notes, business cards or a few dollars for lunch. Your badge mounts to the MOTP using a locking safety pin.
